Some rules in the scrapper are generating a ShEx that does not match the required logic

MUST NOT rules should not be typed but have a '.' instead so that they match any declaration
Distribution level shapes can have any of the three types declared
Dates are only accepted in xsd:gYearMonth rather than the 4 different types defined

I am working on fixing this issue, at least in the config file. I am not looking at the scrapper.

I have manually fixed the ShEx schema for HCLS except for issues #34 and #36
