Update ShEx Library #53

ShEx has now moved towards a 2.0 version with a new library and various changes to the syntax.

The tool should be migrated to the new ShEx standard.

Been updated in commit https://github.com/HW-SWeL/ShEx-validator/commit/1501adf9d676b254de6ceb2bb38d90ce9e682e55 by @mrolympia to ShEx version 2.1 using the shex.js library version 0.9.2 (currently the latest release)
