progress： 1）完成技术选型，锁定host os选择Windows Server 2016 Core，引擎选择Windows Server container

vmtools just support Windows server 2012, so FSP can't support widows server 2016, all verification based on opensource Openstack. Done: 1)API analyse 2)build envioment doing: 1) make warmhole agent support windows.

进展： 正在fsp环境中验证windows容器网络 正在修改wormhole代码，使得在windows下安装wormhole（agent）

progress： 1）verify windows conainer network solution in public cloud, and blocked by the network problem 2)verify the communication of two docker reside in different compute node 3) confirm the guest os version windows container support
