Jacket development 1st Iteration

Plan:

Development the base framework of Jacket

  • [x] Modify the framework of nova and cinder to jacket
  • [x] Jacket nova api of create instance
  • [x] Jacket cinder api of create volume
  • [x] Jacket cloud config api.

status: The Jacket framework have been developed. Jacket Nova/Cinder API have been modified. Wormhole have been modified for LXC.

This iteration will be finished in 24th Sep.
