[Storage Gateway] RW IO performance test #115

  1. Complete IO functional base version;
  2. Test SG with AWS EBS volume, compare with its original performance;
  3. Enable performance counter to check bottleneck and optimize it if necessary;

Wujing and Wangliuan will take this work;
