[Smaug] Integrate smaug to 112 env #88

Integrate smaug to 112 env, to demo DR between AZ01 TO AZ31

  1. manually configure smaug service to 112 keystone;
  2. check smaug service and plugins work well with 112 env;

status:

  1. env ready and available until 7.11;

issues: is 1 week enough to finish this integration work? is it possible to share the demo env. with chengdu team for 7.14 open day china?

plan: wangliuan will configure keystone 112 to smaug; luobin will debug functionality;

status: previous version has been integrated already as a candidate, delete is missing; plan: integrate latest smaug master to 112 env.

status: hang due to vdf demo; env. vm stopped;

plan: after vdf, resume.
