also... for the link to this table (blue box at bottom of "Learn about water quality parameters"), is it possible to link directly to the table rather than to trhe top of the modal for Data Sources?

I've been messing with this for a little while and not having much luck. I think the issue is that the I cannot control the scrolling of the modal from the component. @walkerjeffd, if you have a good idea on how to do this, let me know.

Alternatively, @rhartzel how would you feel about a separate modal for the water quality parameter thresholds that comes up when you click the button at the bottom of the water quality parameters modal? The table could be recreated at the bottom of the data sources modal as well.

I don't think a separate modal is the way to go because MassBays requested that the table be included in Data Sources. Let's see if Jeff has a solution to linking straight to the table...if that is not possible, just leave it as is.

Hmm, I don't think there is a way to jump down to that table within a modal.
