Create mailing list/notification system for FW updates #113

Lot of people with beef boards that have no way of knowing there are FW updates available. What do you think would be the best way of notifying them? I was thinking of putting together a mailing list, is there any sort of automation we could take advantage of?

If we started doing releases on Github, people could watch this repo for new releases. That would probably be the easiest way I guess.

We could also add a notification system to the web config to tell people there's a new fw build. The issue would be having a way to distinguish between commits that have actual fw changes and those that don't (if we didn't want to be lazy lol).
