Trying to figure it out by myself, instead of paper can we use for paper prototype use excalidraw.com or some other to draw?

Need just more time for study Figma, and with my moving to another appartment now it's quite hard to find a time, so hoping for your understand my situation. Hopefully till next Sunday can finish my project.
For now I am learning how to create a responsive website on Figma for all screens
