electives changes before adding to main

• fixed first name / last name
• added room (can be filtered for location as temporary workaround before fixing selector)
• re-added model
• tried to implement caching with response.headers["Cache-Control"] = "public, max-age=7200" but I may need someone to walk me through this

I think if this is OK then the merge from 145-electives to main should be fine without any other major changes?

I think this is OK to merge but

1. I would leave out the predictions this time (break this out into a separate pull request)
2. The datatable overflows: I think there are 2 things to do here a. investigate dashmantine components better to stop this b. some better formatting e.g. separate tables for each day (better visually, and removes the date column); create some sensible abbreviations for speciality; collapse demographics into a shorter string rather than a full column for first name and last name, sex, age etc. e.g. 'Steve Harris 49M' is shorter than 'Steve Harris 49 Male'

• removed predictions
• separated tables by day (for now just as dmc tabs)
• collapsed demographics to full name and age/sex
• For some reason for both my live and mock versions the third tab along works (currently Thursday) but none of the others do. I'm not sure why this is. the callback produces the right output (as tested with a simple print to console) but for some reason it doesn't then appear as a table for the first two tabs.
• this is therefore no longer functional until I work out why the dmc.DataTable doesn't appear on first two tabs.
