work in progress creates a separate nav structure for perrt uses the campus overview colours the beds by news score modal demonstrates how to add heart rate/resp rate but other vitals not done

still to do

should close #230

Hi @dan-hanlon keen for this to be deployed but I thought there were prob just a few outstanding issues for it be ready. Maybe just completing the 'vitals' will be enough and maybe we can do that on Monday as our test case? But the closer we are to be able to maintain things here then the happier I'd be at releasing something that is a work in progress.

FWIW: I've just rebased so this builds from the current main and force pushed.
