Minor daily UI updates

[x] better icons https://icon-sets.iconify.design/carbon/satellite-radar/
[x] zoom map
[x] drop bay/sr labels from map
[x] drop colour intensity of blue
[x] switch modal to side-drawer / swap name list so that map remains in view
[x] black rather than white numbers on beds
[x] fix excellence tooltip
