Closes #292

Mainly just tried to remove the leftover references to the Varnish cache. Redis/celery combo clearly working so far and I can't see any areas that need improving (please shout if you spot any though @jongillham!) so think this is good for the time being.

Running on 9902 (GAE08) - @docsteveharris please shout if you spot anything not working, but it looks okay to me!

Have now suggested this port range to Hrishee and taken down my staging version, let me know if it would be useful to redeploy!
