PERRT page enhancements

Capture here the minimum formatting enhancements that we might work toward Some of these will need factoring out into their own issues (b/c their too big

Minor formatting updates (in scope)

• [ ] format table nicely (e.g. PERRT consult timestamp to relative time??)
• [ ] add in TEP / DNACPR status
• [ ] add in Infection control status
• [ ] show MRNs when clicking on patient in graph
• [x] match colour scale on plot to NEWS categories (red/yellow/green); at least make constant not relative
• [ ] colour admission prediction cell as per Jon's approach on the ED dashboard

Major formatting updates

• [ ] try vertical layout with graph on left and patients on right
• [ ] add in Dan Stein's suggestions re patient level detail (see #57)

@dan-hanlon if you ahve time this morning then there are a couple of minor formatingg changes that would imporve this page e.g.

• perrt consult datetime: nice formatting
• dob to age and ?add in sex
• re-order cols to NEWS and prob of admission come first
• default table filter to display all NEWS >=5 with an option to uncheck to see the others
• nicer titles on graph axes (e.g. get rid of x axis title, and change MRN to count)
• tool tip to show patient when hover on plot?
