ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement sqlalchemy-utils==1.3.20 #112

pip install -e hypernets_processor/ is failing because it couldn't satisfy the requirement sqlalchemy-utils==1.3.20

in setup, sqlalchemy-utils needs to be changed to 0.36.8
