I have identified an oversight where code from ultralytics/ultralytics, licensed under AGPL-3.0, has been incorporated into https://github.com/HZAI-ZJNU/Mamba-YOLO with Apache-2.0 license license

To ensure full legal compliance, I recommend promptly updating YOLOv8's licensing to AGPL-3.0.
