save auto create days to recurring shift

• add auto_create_days as field to recurring shift
• use old setting (renamed) as default
• validate min/max
• use that field in the recurring shift generation
• add --shift to the generation command to only generate for 1 specific recurring shift
• make --days only work with --shift
