Lvel: map8 Where: Various locations on terrain When: When in nightvision

This is probably caused by a different texture. This might also be related to Issue #13

Not related to #13 - Fixed, replaced 9 counts of romulan_installation/rsnow1 with romulan_installation/rsnow3
