map9 - Lift can push player out of the level

Level: map9 When: Player blocking the lift going down Where: Under the Lifts - Down Lift at level start, Up Lift after locked door

It happens with the other lift in the level, and one time I got it to release me but it kept returning to my character's head height instead of the floor.

This are basically three issues:

• Floor too thin, player can get pushed outside the map - issue #15
• Player gets stuck under one of the Lifts unless crouched moving at the exit moving outwards
• Lift can be blocked and will not move to the correct position - issue #16
