Dialog Text files are missing in: loc/Eng/Dialog/ loc/Deu/Dialog/

they are present in in the source https://github.com/HaZardModding/STEF2_GBS-MOD/tree/main/_dialog_/Old%20Dialog/Deu/dialog

This seems not to be properly fixed, needs validating.
