fix semi-transparent shaders blocking bullets on coop server #33

Examples:

m2l3 - Bulletproof gratings in ventilation m1l2a - Bulletproof fence at spotlights

This affects ALL semi-transparent fence textures. Cannot replicate on local dedi or listen. Only affects public coop dedi. Very weird.
