[Doc]: Broken link in Gaudi-Installation Readme. #165

📚 The doc issue

The link to Intel Gaudi Software Stack Verification is broken in the Requirements and Installation section of https://github.com/HabanaAI/vllm-fork/blob/private/kzawora/gaudi_docs_1_17/docs/source/getting_started/gaudi-installation.rst Such a page does not exist anymore.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Probably the broken link needs to point to https://docs.habana.ai/en/latest/Installation_Guide/index.html
