In order to improve the anilysis by SmellTracker, we should add indexes on the output neo4j databases.
Some indexes are already known to heavily improve the processing time:
CREATE INDEX ON :Class(app_key, name)
CREATE INDEX ON :Method(app_key, full_name)
I will complete the list depending on the required operations.
