can not connect to redis server

• [ ] check whether the port (where redis is installed in remote server ) is accessible from outside or not using telnetor mobaXterm port scanner

• [ ] check in the redis server : port is blocked by firewall or not

check os type cat /etc/*-release

check open port from remote machine using telnet go to windows cmd and then telnet ip_address port

check currently open ports in centOS firewall-cmd --list-all
