unable to create a challenge on version 4.3.6 #2066

steps to reproduce:

  1. go to create challenge screen
  2. enter information then hit save
  3. receive error message “task not found”

tried to pull to refresh, reload content + fully closing and opening. when going back to try again, i get the same error message and no challenge was created.
