party chat timestamps does not show time #2084

Hi! Until a couple days ago, when I looked at my party's posts & skills casts, I could click / tap on them and see the timestamp with the hour & minutes. Now when I tap them, I just see "Sep 12, 2024" and no indication of what time at all.

user was on 4.4.1 a few days prior to this report.

fixed in latest build
