I was at full health (50 HP) and in the middle of a pomodoro. I was called away from my desk to help with a technical support issue. When I came back to my desk (only a half hour or so later), the extension was going nuts about over working and my character was dead. Screenshot of the chart attached.
I believe the punishment is WAY too severe. It seems reasonable to maybe ding you once or twice (maybe per hour?), but that was too much damage too fast.
