Adding a simple server start script #15309

Since me and others have an issue with starting the server using nodemon (for my case it was the MacOS file listening limit, even with set to unlimited...)

This simple start script can atleast start the server without nodemon, sure that changes need to restart the server manually but atleast it can be started in the first place
