Have something that could track some basic game states, e.g. what screen the game is on, what character is being trained in training mode, etc. A Discord rich presence module could then be built on top of the game state module.

Android support could be possible through communicating with the Discord Gateway API directly, but this is cumbersome and therefore not included in the initial goals of this feature.
