QoL: Hide already translated fields in MDB text_data_dict editor. #2

With banner updates, some categories in text_data_dict which have over a hundred fields with maybe one or two new ones added. It would be convenient to be able to toggle hiding everything that is already translated. (Individual fields or even entire categories.)

This could actually apply to everything, not just MDB.
