[CHANGES]:: changed button colors and more #30

  1. Changed "register" button color.
  2. Changed button colors to the "#fb793d" tagged color.
  3. Why Hackdepence card has been done. But issues like bulb color, card border exists.
  4. Lightbulb color added in Why Hackdepence card.
  5. Edited UI-UX div svg position.
  6. Deleted the subtitle from "Tracks" div
