Replace age verification with 18+/college enrollment #10

FEATURE REQUEST

What do you want to happen

Replace the 18+ age verification section with a mandatory checkbox that says something along the lines of:

"By checking this box I am certifying that I am 18 years or older or currently enrolled at a college/university"

Anything else we need to know?
