Make live/online checkbox specific for WashU students #11

FEATURE REQUEST

What do you want to happen

Only WashU students have the option to come in person -- everyone else is online.

If a student registered with an @wustl.edu email, there should be a special item on the registration page asking people to confirm whether or not they will be coming in-person, mentioning some of the things we have planned (team creation time, AB beer-making class, etc)

Anything else we need to know?

I think this is a fairly straightforward backend issue -- marking as "easy"
