BUG REPORT

What happened

AMS emails go to spam for new registrants. This issue is being created to track the investigation as to why that's happening

Do we:

Need to add more metadata to emails?
Need to ask WashU IT to place us on a no-spam list?
Need to get an @wustl.edu email?

Note: same thing occasionally happens at STS -- servicenow emails get sent to spam

What you expected to happen

Anything else we need to know?
