Create Signup Page for Users

Description:

• Set up the basic file structure for the signup page (e.g. - route would be auth/register)
• Create a form with the following input fields: name, email, password, confirm password
• Implement client-side form validation using React Hook Form or Formik
• Add a "Submit" button to the form
