fix the areas that previous used 'location' to use the city/state update.

modified: components/AdminSidebar.tsx

modified: components/ProfileDisplayCase.tsx

modified: components/forum/FriendsList.tsx

modified: components/forum/RequestList.tsx

modified: pages/leaderboard.tsx

modified: pages/profile_search.tsx

profile.tsx all have to be changed from using location -> new country state city vars
