New chat appears automatically

When the new chat button is clicked, the new chat appears automatically in the chatList

• added custom API endpoint (/api/chat/haveNewChats/[email].tsx) to check if there is a new chat for a certain user
• added helper method inside db_functions/chat to call ^
• added code inside chatList above the code that checks for new messages to check for new conversations

To test:

• log into test3@test.com
• go to forum, and then click on the friends tab
• click on the chat icon next to test4
• open the chat - there might be a tiny delay (<2s) but you will see the new conversation with test4 without having to reload
  • this works when you receive a message and create a chat at the same time
  • the new conversation shows up on the other end too

Next steps:

• clicking the new chat button doesn't open the chatlist automatically (and there is no feedback to the client to let them know that it worked)
• once the new chat is created, the new chat button is still there
