What is the change?

I have added documentation for a Bootstrap navbar in simple yet detailed format.

there seems to be a lot of plagiarism so please explain in your own words

@girija0707 Ma'am i have tried my best to remove the plagiarism from the code as much as possible , The rest are official documentations and codes which can not be changed.

Try to write somethings in your own words as we are creating a unique repository
