Issue #67 -- removed follower and following count

What is the change?

Contributors page was giving incorrect followers and following count. I have fixed follower count

As discussed, I have removed both follower and following count. Thanks.

I think that problem has been solved by @addisonhardley, that design looks better, you can go ahead and assign him. Also, I don't have any problem with closing this PR. I learnt something new fixing this bug, it's fine by me :D
