Here's the mail I sent to Holy Cow this afternoon:

Hi Jenna,

Here’s the follow-up to the phone call I just had with your colleague:

I’m organizing an event at EPFL this week-end (April 18-19th) and we would love to have Holy Cow burgers for lunch on Sunday :)

We expect around 80 attendees and will thus need 80 burgers + fries, most of which will be Big Cheeses with a few Veggies as well. As we don’t currently know the exact number of Veggies we’ll need, your colleague told us we could text you the number on Saturday 2pm at latest. Is that correct?

Can you give us an estimate of how much it’ll cost us for say 80 Big Cheese + fries (no drinks needed)?

We will come pick them up at 12:00pm (if that works for you), and someone from the company that sponsors the event will be there as well with a credit card to pay for the whole thing.

Just called China Domicile, they couldn't give a firm answer yet as they have another event on Friday night and aren't sure they're gonna have enough bains-maries for us. I have to call her back at 7pm tonight to get the definitive answer. Price / person would be same as last year. Will keep you guys posted.
