Info screens #5

Is the white frame necessary? Looks a little clunkier than the Windows/iOS version.

There's more work that needs to go into these screens too. I can see that the iOS app has some links (to forms or the register) that currently are not implemented on Android.

There are also other sections in the drawer: myths, locations, and guides; @canuckjacq any info about these? have they been implemented in other platforms?
