At some point in the scoring page, the judge can "star" the project if they feel very strongly about it, and would like to put in a short compliment for the team during closing ceremonies if that team happens to win some prize.

Extension: favorited projects adds participants to sponsor judges sportal account, requires sso integration in sportal and ballot
