Adds a timeline to the dashboard that shows the status of:

Application submission (not completed yet, done, applications closed (will open soon / closed already)
Application decision (pending, accepted, not accepted)
Confirmation submission (not completed yet, done, too late)
Team formation (not completed yet, done)
