FEAT: Make the register screen in vue for client #36

📃 Description 📃:

Make the register screen in vue for client can register;

✅ Checklist ✅:

[x] Into folder views create one folder called client;
[x] Into folder make one view called SingInViewClient.vue;
[x] Create route to this view;
[x] Into components folder, create one folder called RegisterClient;
[x] Into this folder create all components what you need;
[ ] Import components to View;
[x] Make the steps to client register;
[x] Components need contain at most 150 lines;
[x] You can use main.scss for you decrease the numbers of line of components;
[x] Commit, reference your #issue-number;
[x] Open Pull Request to Dev;
[x] Put the owner of organization for make the review;

⚠️ Notes (IMPORTANT) ⚠️:

Create your branch with the name Feat-(number of your branch), based on the dev branch (ALWAYS based on dev);
Branch Dev and Main have a protection rule, so nobody can commit to these branches (except me);
When it is make your commit, use #Issue-Number, to you reference you issue;
After you finish your task, check the checklist, move your task to "In Review" in the Kanban Project;
In the end, make a pull request to Dev;
