There are probably very good examples from other student groups. Additionally, lets write this in Latex, not MS Word.
So let's discuss some stuff!
First topic - position. The group at minimum requires three people on the executive team. The three signing officers. Which in the beginning shall be us three.
The original template contains the following positions: L110-L116
Do we really need VP of [whatever] or do we want to call ourselves something different? Like @olanmatt - Lord of Linting.
Suggestions are welcome.
I nominate @dkua for President, as this was his idea. As for @wmak and myself, I personally would like to stick with VP as it looks better on a résumé. Not sure what should follow "VP" however, as L111-L116 don't seem super relevant to what we do.
No they aren't really that relevant. What would a hacker club need in terms of responsibilities?
Well events are a big thing. I would say you should be the events representative seeing as you have experience with CUSEC and stuff.
True, though the President position pretty has a hand in everything in the end. Other than events like CUSEC the big things we want this club to do is talks/workshops/teaching. There's also the financial side of the group; getting funding/sponsors, budgets, etc.
Would it be possible for us to meet and do this on Friday or something?

So we are going to need to find some time to discuss the constitution of our new student group.
I have pushed a 2014 branch to the repo and it contains a generic template for us to fill out. Though we might want to change some things to be HackHub specific.
