Cleaned up parts of the HIAppearance and HILabel files 🎨

Deleted Hack 2022 color palette
Reorganized font declarations into sections and added comments regarding their use
Removed unused fonts to avoid unnecessary code and confusion
Cleaned up some SwiftLint errors on the files
