Description

Allows HackIllinois staff members to log their meeting attendance via a QR code scanner page.

Added staff/attendance/ endpoint
Staff can now choose to check in for meetings or check in attendees
Changed UI to reflect the HackIllinois 2024 theme reveal
Changes include check in buttons and background
Updated keys in struct

Todos

Update QR code selection page UI to reflect nav bar changes
