Re adjusted docker and applied a synching system with the node_modules so that node_modules will update within the container and local host to keep eslint prettier formatting and pre commits, first build process will be really long so be prepared run from root folder

npm run docker:dev:build

or if you run into errors in the first one

npm run dev:rebuild

when it prompts you enter 'y'
