added team to navbar and gridified nav for mobile #14

Added a team button to the Navbar so that people can navigate to our team section. For mobile i put the different buttons into a grid so that they all fit. checked with different mobile devices.

@Lin-Jet Thank you for your contribution. I was also able to remove the left-padding MUI added by default.
