Add Animations

If you look at fall2022.hacknc.com, we had to animations to spice up the main page. We want to add small animations to our current page.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Make bats tilt back and forth
[ ] Make potion bubble
[ ] Maybe have bats flying at you when you first open the page? like this kinda
